Creation

The creation of the world of The World Stones.

Year: 5005 B.L.T.

Description

The creation of the very world itself, the land, the sea, the forests and all the creatures of the world.

During the creation, Atlas the Creator crafted the world, planting within it both magilite, containing a portion of his own power, and the three World Stones, ancient metaphysical objects from many worlds ago.

Atlas used the World Stones to create the planet itself, the seas, and all the life that now inhabits the world.

Events

First, Atlas used the World Stones to create the planet itself, along with all minerals and metals (including magilite). He then created the seas, the atmosphere, and microbes. This took a single day to accomplish.

His next step was creating all the aquatic life, in the seas, rivers and lakes of the world. Then came the mammals and various monsters of the world. And finally, humanoids.

Atlas created the albinar (abscondita) first, in his own pale-haired image. Their task would be to protect the three World Stones, each of the stones protected by one of the three factions he created.

The albinar were assigned as the protectors of the world; protecting both the stones, the other humanoids, and the balance of the world.

Another day later, Atlas created the other humanoids; the elves, the dwarves, goliathans, and of course, humans. These other humanoids were created weaker than the albinar, humans and elves having a simpler magilite plexus, limited to a single element of magic.

He then observed the people for a whole year, helping them build their settlements.

The very last thing that Atlas did, was create the five Ancient Dragons as retaliatory forces of nature. His last words to the first people of the world were a simple threat; if the stones were to be used improperly, if the balance of the stones were to shift, the dragons would indiscriminately destroy all the people of the world.

After his final warning, Atlas disappeared from the world, never being seen since.

Misc

Almost all records of the creation have disappeared or been destroyed. Some of the few tablets that remain were forged out of solid adamantite.

The most important tablet in history is the Origin Tablet; an ancient tablet from the year 5004 B.L.T. describing the creation of the world (the first week). Presumably created by Atlas himself, it is made out of solid albium, a near-indestructible material that puzzles even the greatest craftsmen and historians of today.
