Description
While the winter dragon is the smallest of the ancient dragons, it is the only one of them capable of using magic. The winter dragon is the only being today that is capable of using ice magic.
Behaviour
The winter dragon is sighted roughly once every fifty years, but hasn’t been seen in over 60 now. Because of this, the winter dragon is all but legend amongst the mountains’ populations, only believed to exist by the handful of people that have seen it.
Diet
Partially powered by a magilite core, the winter dragon still occasionally goes out of hibernation to eat drakes.
Misc
Lumare learned ice magic from studying the winter dragon near the end of his life, but died having never passed on his knowledge.
The last person who has presumably seen it was sentinel’s father, but he died when sentinel was still very young.
