Mountain Orc

Threat Scale: Wolf

Description

Much smaller and weaker, but much more keen and stealthy than other orcs, mountain orcs have evolved to survive on their own.

Behaviour

Mountain orcs are more solitary than other orcs, spending most of their time alone or in groups of three to five. This is to avoid detection by the dangerous creatures of the mountains, such as the mountain trolls or the drakes.

They have evolved better senses, larger ears and a more keen sense of smell to better survive in the mountains.

Diet

Mountain orcs are scavengers, eating whatever they can find in the crevices of the rocky terrain, from various plants and roots to small creatures such as the horned earling. They generally don’t attack humans unless they are starving.
