Description
An umbrella term for around a dozen very rare conditions where the magilite in the body accumulates locally in an unbalanced way or behaves abnormally, often resulting in extreme pain or local tissue damage, organ failure in worse cases.
Symptoms
- Depending on the variety, the symptoms can include:
- Severe localized pain or discomfort
- Random outbursts of magic
- Emotion-tied outbursts of magic (often when stressed, startled, or angry)
- Post-traumatic magilite imbalance PTMI (imbalance/outbursts due to trauma)
- Organ failure
- Severe localized tissue damage
Mechanism
The mechanisms are still highly unknown, and there are few treatments out there. Some experts say that the conditions target the brain and the magicampal pathway, thus indirectly influencing the flow of magilite in the body, making it behave abnormally.
Misc
The nationwide known healer Ronya Sayers is one of the few who know how to treat magilite imbalance.
