A rare, and highly dense metal. Actually, the most common form of iridium in TWS is an unknown isotope, which gives the metal its purple color and other unique properties.
Iridium has tons of usability within intricate tool production. Because of its incredible electrical and magical conductive properties, as well as the material’s resistance to magical damage and wear, iridium is a very valuable resource. Because of its inherent value, and prevalence in the Kaligo Empire’s territories, iridium is used to produce the Kaligo Empire’s most valuable unit of currency (IKA – Iridium Kaligon).
Properties
Purple in color, highly dense, with incredible electrical and magical conductive properties. In addition, the metal has a high resistance to magical damage and wear.
Misc
Because of its magical conductive properties and resistance to magical damage, iridium is also used in anti-magic weapons and armor, most famously by the Kaligo Empire’s Royal Guard.
