Description
Cassius Quinn now simply known as Uncle Quinn, was once a fierce Elite Warrior of the First Legion, directly under the then Royal Wizard Conrad Snowden.
He is currently the village chief of Ironstraw village, the village on the outskirts of Ironrock.
He is very wise and experienced, having learned all sorts of things from both the Royal Wizard at the time (Conrad Snowden), and Doppler.
Today, he is a semi-influential politician with close connections to Conrad Snowden, his Captain in the past, today the principal of the Lumare Academy and the supreme councilor.
Backstory
Cassius was born a farmer, but dreamt of a grander life.
He enrolled into the Lumare Academy, where he demonstrated exceptional magical talent, as well as tactical analysis. As the years went by and he honed his skills further, he was recognized by the Royal Wizard himself.
He was recruited into the First Legion as an Elite Warrior, where he earned the nickname Blue Raven.
Eventually, as more and more comrades died beside him, Cassius came to a realization. This war was pointless; the people of the Lumare and Kaligo empires are fundamentally the same. We are all human.
Shortly after this realization, Cassius resigned from the Elite Squad of the First Legion.
Following his departure, Cassius bought a house in the city of Ironrock, and another house in the nearby village (Ironstraw).
He focused his efforts into politics, as well as humanitarian aid to help those affected by the war. Because of his altruistic attitude, the villagers of Ironstraw started calling him Uncle Quinn.
He spent the next 25 years trying to stop the war through politics and providing humanitarian aid. Eventually, Cassius was made the village chief of Ironstraw.
Potential spoilers
When Kiryu was brought in by Maria, he was initially highly skeptical, only deciding to postpone turning him in for Maria’s sake.
Once he learned that Kiryu had lost his memory, along his red eyes and fire magic, he offered him a chance; a chance to be reborn a citizen of Lumare, a chance to redeem himself. Kiryu accepted, taking the name of Renji Caldara.

Has acquired quite a fortune from when he was part of the First Legion Elite Squad. He uses this money to provide humanitarian support to victims of the war.
