Captain of the 5:th legion, The Saint of Lumare, Hina Takari

Description
At only 23 years old, Typhoon is one of the youngest Captains, being quickly promoted up the ranks for her incredible proficiency with water magic, particularly controlling storms, as well as being one of the few people alive that are able to use water magic to heal, through a process called hydrocellular reconstruction.
Typhoon is an extremely kind person, spending most of her spare time and income helping those who need it the most, no matter what their social class is.
In fact, Typhoon hates the social hierarchies of the Lumare Empire so much, that she goes so far as to color her royal white hair so she wouldn’t appear more special than anyone else. Because of her incredible kindness and humble attitude, she is frequently called a saint by the people.
Typhoon has earned quite a remarkable reputation in the Kaligo Empire, both for her tactical skills and for her ability to summon powerful thunderous storms and typhoons, devastating whole platoons of enemy soldiers. This has earned her the nickname Typhoon, a feared name in the Kaligo Empire.
Backstory
Typhoon (real name Hina Takari), was born into a rich royal family that wanted her to become a powerful political figure. However, upon learning firsthand of the way that the royals treated those of a lower status, she wanted to flee as far away as she could from her family and her responsibilities.
By the age of six, Hina had made friends with the beggar children and frequently snuck out of the palace to go play with them. One day, her aunt found her playing with the beggar children, and ordered the beggars to be thrown out of the city, while Hina herself was punished for her disobedience.
This event made her despise royals and how they treated others, changing her appearance by coloring her hair pink to hide her royal white hair, ashamed of who she was.
Her parents grew more and more disappointed and frustrated with her, punishing her once for sneaking out and helping some starving beggars by giving them money from her allowance.
Hina was forced by her parents to read political literature and history, which she despised above all else. She wanted to read about magic, about the heroes of old. She dreamed of becoming a hero herself, of helping people, especially those who had it the hardest.
By the age of 17, her city was attacked by Kaligo forces. Death and chaos lingered all around her, smoke and the pungent smell of blood in the air; it was in that moment that she awakened her magic, extremely potent and powerful.
She almost singlehandedly pushed the Kaligo forces back, earning the nickname Typhoon for her incredible storm magic.
Her parents tried to control her, but the former Captain of the Fifth Legion, Thurio appeared, recognizing her potential and enlisting her as a new Elite Warrior. Her parents protested but the authority of a Captain is the same, if not higher than that of royals, so she was ultimately enlisted into the military.
While it was expected that she would protest herself, not wanting to be a part of war, she ended up enlisting happily, her goal being to protect instead of destroy.
Over the following years, she proved herself useful both as an expert tactician (partly because of her forced studies), but also for her powerful typhoon and storm magic.
Wanting to save as many people as possible drove her to eventually learn the process of hydrocellular reattachment, a little known method of using water magic to heal physical injuries.
