Extremely skilled and powerful warriors, part of the Elite Squads of the ten legions, tasked with the most crucial and dangerous missions.

Average threat scale: Upper Troll
Description
The best of the best soldiers within each legion, almost always capable of using advanced magic, on top of being extremely skilled in combat.
Elite Warriors go on the most dangerous and crucial of missions, their skills needed to survive the dangers.
On top of being part of the military, nearly every single Elite Warrior is also studying in the Lumare Academy, oftentimes trying to hone their magic, tactics, or martial skills.
Training & requirements
Requirements
To become an Elite Warrior, it’s necessary to either possess an immense magical potential (often seen with royals), or demonstrate exceptional combat skills and/or valor in battle.
In that sense, it’s similar to the requirements of becoming a Titan Warrior (part of the Titan Guard), minus the grueling training requirements, gladiatorial combat and indoctrination.
It’s considerably easier to become an Elite Warrior than part of the Titan Guard, but… the drawback is an exponentially higher mortality rate (as Elite Squads are sent to the most dangerous missions).
Training
Elite Warriors are personally trained by their Legion Captains, tutored by them in magic and combat skills.
Elite Warriors train rigorously, both academically, physically, and with their magic, often facing severe health complications from overexerting themselves.
The Elite Warriors that survive their dangerous missions are quickly hardened by the dangers they face, from facing countless enemies, monsters, Chosen Warriors and even enemy Commanders.

Equipment
Elite Warriors start with basic equipment, but if they manage to survive long enough, their considerable salaries enable them to purchase high-quality equipment.
Misc
Number of units: 60 (1 squad / legion, 3-15 warriors / squad)
There are tensions between the Elite Squads and the Titan Guard, where each view the other as weaker; Elite Warriors seeing Titan Warriors as lazy cowards who avoid battle, and Titan Warriors seeing Elite Warriors as undisciplined and weak for “sitting around reading books at the academy like little boys”.
