Description
Embodying the worst aspects of the royal attitude, Cecilia is a real spoiled brat, highly immature and ideological, and extremely prideful of her royal blood.
She looks down on everyone of common blood, and frequently flaunts her magical potential. Because of her pride and bratty nature, she always has a resting bitch face.
She has the highest magical potential in the Sixth Legion (excluding Kiryu/Renji), but she’s far from being the one with the most control over it.
She gets all the newest and highest quality gear from her parents (Leah Mirabon and Prince Willard Mirabon). She has multiple sets of trinkets and gear that enhance her ability to harness her magical potential.
Her parents want her to become a celebrity, which is the main reason they coerced her into studying at the Lumare Academy and becoming an Elite Warrior, with the ultimate goal of her becoming the next Captain of the Sixth Legion.
Cecilia herself has simply adopted her parents , perhaps for fear of disappointing her parents. As she fears how her parents view her, her primary goal is to behave in a way as to make them happy, to align herself with who they want her to be.
Backstory
Born into a rich royal family, the family of one of the princes, Cecilia has always had a cushioned life, getting everything she has ever asked for.
The only problem is that Leah, Cecilia’s mother, was highly abusive, frequently hitting her and shouting at her. Leah desperately wants her to become a Captain, and through that, a celebrity. This is so that Leah could show her father, Cecilia’s grandfather (Conrad Snowden), that she is worth something.
Because of her parents, especially because of Leah, Cecilia has become quite spoiled and entitled, treating those of a lower class like shit.
Cecilia’s parents forced her to study magic at the Lumare Academy, after which they got her to enroll as an Elite Warrior, all part of a plan to make her famous within the Lumare Empire.

Multiple sets of gear that enhance her ability to harness her magical potential and control over her water magic. Her robes are custom tailored with the highest quality fabrics and threads, such as verdium–iridium thread for the increased magical harmonics, and the most vibrantly dyed royal-indigo samite robes.
Misc information
Cecilia is the daughter of Leah Mirabon, and the step-daughter of prince Willard Mirabon of Lumare. Thus, Cecilia is the granddaughter of the principal of the Lumare Academy, and retired Royal Wizard Conrad Snowden
Cecilia has the same bloodline as the Royal Knight Emery Snowden (Cecilia’s uncle), explaining her immense magical potential (and white hair).
In her spare time, Cecilia enjoys reading books, secretly reading romance novels in her room. She spends a lot of time imagining herself in various situations, spacing out during boring lectures.
Speaking of lectures, Cecilia doesn’t give a rat’s ass about the school curriculum, always doodling or doing something else during class. The only reason her grades do not suffer is because she gets private tutelage and studies during the evening so as to not risk poor grades, which would disappoint her mother.
Despite being ferrociously spirited, being short (and hating working out), Cecilia is quite physically frail and weak, completely relying on her magic when facing any opponent.
