The richest man in the world, Ashir is the current head of the largest trading company in the world, the Barak Trading Conglomerate.
On top of his company, Ashir has millions of ALU in investments around the world, owning dozens of cities and hundreds of iridium and gold mines. His wealth is nothing more than godly.
He is a remarkable strategist and diplomat, skyrocketing the value of the Barak Trading Conglomerate within the two decades that he has been the head of the company.
Ashir is highly pragmatic, yet also empathetic, having funded hundreds of humanitarian projects around the world. Ashir wants to end the war above all else. Ending the war would boost trade between the empires, and would “finally cease the foolish violence”.
Backstory
Ashir grew up knowing that he would be the next head of the Barak Trading Conglomerate, and so he learned all he could about sales tactics, politics, economy and trade.
Once his father passed away, Ashir took over, using his vast knowledge and expertise to lift the Conglomerate to new heights. He bought up plenty of smaller companies, absorbing them until the Conglomerate became a global monopoly. He began offering new services to the world, lining his pockets with adamantite.
Using his vast wealth, he has funded humanitarian projects all around the world, improving infrastructure, building schools, establishing new hospitals and orphanages.
His ultimate goal in life is to help end the war and restore peace between the Kaligo and Lumare Empires. His youngest son, Ethan, shares this ideology; he seeks to end the war by rising the ranks of the military, ultimately gaining political power and access to high profile individuals, who he can convince to stop the war.
His eldest son, Anil, the Captain of the Third Legion, certainly does not share his ideology. Anil wants to exterminate the Kaligo Empire through military might. This conflict in ideologies, on top of Anil constantly disrespecting Ashir, led to Ashir ultimately casting his eldest son out of the Barak family.

Ashir always wears his signature purple robes, donned with expensive gold inlays to match his deep ebony skin. On top of that, he always wears excessive amounts of gold jewelry.
